Perhaps i share with you my experience with one of my client who bought "The Infinity" in West coast road. It's just facing the AYE, you can check out the location.

Noise and Dust
It varies on individual, the husband thinks its ok while the wife cannot stand it. Eventually, they installed sound proof system in their bedroom so that they would not be disturbed during the night.

Price
Its definitely cheaper as compared to nearby projects like Carabelle, Botannia, Monterey Park etc...
